Removing base path doesn't update

## Prerequisites

## Description

Setting a base path for a domain with `"path": "/foo"` works fine, but removing it does not change anything and requests fail if not prepended with `/foo`

## Steps to Reproduce

Set a path for a domain and deploy. Then delete it and redeploy (both stack and app)
