Pull-request deployments for per-branch previews

Netlify's PR deploys are really cool for static stuff, it would be great to support the same thing for dynamic apps. This would probably be a product of #26 since it's more or less fancy CI. Not going to worry about implementation details for now but it's definitely possible. This is also related to custom stages.
