Description

Took a second look at the [pro](https://github.com/apex/up-examples/tree/master/pro) examples & am left with two thoughts:

1) If _unspecified_, how do I know which region my function is deployed to?

2) If I want to deploy to _all_ regions, would it make sense to pass `*` as its value?
