Ability to customize field value formatting

Description
Field formatting should be a choice, with some sane defaults applied. This would also help in cases where for example an `id` may be numeric, but in reality it's a distinct value, no need to see min/max/avg etc for those.
- [ ] Add options to the field's sheet
- [ ] Memorize them (team-wide? probably)
- [ ] manually set field types
- [ ] set conditional formatting on number/duration/file size fields (e.g. if value > 1s then red else green)
