Issues when trying to query on the timestamp

Creating this here as I think that makes more sense, as opposed to [logs-js](https://github.com/apex/logs-js) let me know if I need to move it.

When trying to query on the timestamp I get the following error:

I am using the format as defined in the google documentation: https://cloud.google.com/logging/docs/view/logging-query-language#search_by_time
