Migrate student college/major information off of google spreadsheet to prevent data loss

mr knight made fun of us for keeping the data on a spreadsheet today :(((

a dif suggestion by @AndrewLester is to talk to someone at the school to create a shared drive and put the files in those so they're not tied to a student user account which gets deleted down the road which would require a lot less work
