### Steps to Reproduce
1、业务系统已经开发完成，后期想集成华为云kie配置中心
2、对于java系统来说，一开始开发就已经集成swagger2,或3了，建议不要强制使用servicecomb中的swagger契约，强制使用契约，导致业务系统需要修改代码
