Description
Today Java Chassis SDK allows registering 3rd party service. But the 3rd party service would not send heartbeats to the service center to establish its existence. THen how the failure of 3rd party service instances would be detected by the SDK?
@liubao68 Please help clarify?

Research direction
Start by tracing how the Java Chassis SDK registers third-party services and how the service center handles heartbeat absence. Determine how failure of those instances is detected, then document the behavior and any limitations in the relevant SDK documentation. The issue names no files or tests, so repository-wide investigation is needed.
