Description
当前看来，微服务中引入metrics-core包后，就算没有设置相应的metrics配置，SDK也会对请求做统计，只是没有获取监控指标的方式，是否可以添加一个开关来控制SDK性能监控，完全关闭SDK的应用性能监控
