不使用证书的情况下调用ssl的url，服务无法连接

以下是node代码，在java中是可以通过```

这种方式来跳过ssl证书的，在下面node中我也加入了tlsAllowInsecureConnection: true,
tlsValidateHostname: false,这两个参数但是无法连接到服务

Comienza con el constructor del cliente de Node y sus opciones tlsAllowInsecureConnection y tlsValidateHostname; después, reproduce el ejemplo de suscripción proporcionado contra la URL de servicio pulsar+ssl con el registro del cliente habilitado. Compara el error de conexión y el error de metadatos de particiones con el comportamiento de Java; se considera completado cuando el cliente de Node puede conectarse y crear el consumidor sin ConnectError al deshabilitar la validación del certificado.
