Cache FileStatus in Footer to reduce redundant NameNode RPC calls

### Describe the enhancement requested

Optimization reduces redundant getFileStatus() RPC calls to the NameNode
when processing Parquet files.

Benefits:
- Reduces NameNode RPC calls by 1 per Parquet file during split generation
- For workloads with thousands of small files, this can significantly reduce
  NameNode pressure and improve job startup time
- Maintains full backward compatibility with existing code paths

首先，在生成 Parquet split 的过程中跟踪 getFileStatus() 调用，并检查每个 Parquet 文件的 Footer 是如何处理的。确认在不改变行为的情况下，现有代码路径中可以在哪个位置保留 FileStatus 缓存。完成的标准是每个文件减少一次 NameNode RPC、保持向后兼容，并减少包含大量小文件的工作负载中的调用次数。
