Add completion for parquet-tools

As a zsh users on macos
When I do a brew install parquet-cli
I would like to have zsh completions installed

Start at the parquet-tools CLI entry point and the brew install parquet-cli packaging path; the issue names no repository file or test. Done means a macOS Homebrew installation of parquet-cli installs usable zsh completions.
