从 parquet-format-structures 模块开始，运行调用 org.apache.parquet.format.TestUtil 的测试，检查报告的 SLF4J 警告以及该模块的测试日志设置。完成标准是测试运行时不再出现缺少 StaticLoggerBinder 的警告；issue 中也链接了 GitHub Pull Request #739。
