[parquet-cli] dictionary command throw NPE when specified column isn't dictionary encoding

Reproduisez l’échec avec la commande dictionary de parquet-cli sur le fichier test.parquet joint, en sélectionnant float_field, qui n’est pas encodé avec un dictionary. Examinez ShowDictionaryCommand.java à la ligne 78 ainsi que le point d’entrée de la commande afin d’identifier la valeur null. Le travail est terminé lorsqu’une colonne qui n’est pas encodée avec un dictionary ne provoque plus de NPE et que la commande signale correctement cette condition.
