Website is very out of date

The website does not appear to have been updated for a long while.

For example, the footer says "Copyright 2014"

The parquet.apache.org/adopters/ page does not have any entries since 2013. If the twitter account is not active, perhaps it would be better to drop the page? Might be better to show entries in date order to encourage new listings?

The Download page does not mention any of the recent releases. Both 1.70.0 and 1.8.0 were released as a TLP. The download page still mentions the old Maven coordinates.
