support tools (big issue)

## Why you need it?
We need a set of support tools to prevent downtimes
This is a big issue and can be split in sub issues

## How it could be?
a set of subcommands `ops support`
I expect
- doctor
- couchdb
- kafka
- redis
- postgres
- minio
- milvus

The `doctor` should do an health check of the system, mainly checking the various disks and their health state. SO we can verify the state of every component.
Then the various subcommands provide support to fix the problem may arise, compacting databases and storage and so on.
