Default namespace (Nuvolaris) in local installation

Default Namespace should be Openserverless instead of Nuvolaris

The installation completes with following messages :

Local installation with Docker:

1. Install ops
2. ops config minimal
3. ops setup devcluster

### Ⅴ. Anything else we need to know?

In the Tutorial (under review) are present html forms (Es: Index.html) containing relative url pointing to actions
with namespace openserverless that can be replaced with nuvolaris.

Commencez par l’implémentation derrière `ops config minimal` et `ops setup devcluster`, puis recherchez où sont définis l’espace de noms par défaut et la réponse d’exemple `hello`. Vérifiez la `index.html` du tutoriel et les autres formulaires HTML pour trouver des références correspondantes à l’espace de noms. Le travail est terminé lorsqu’une installation Docker locale utilise systématiquement `openserverless` dans les messages de connexion, la sortie des actions et les URL du tutoriel.
