Enable code formatting for TypeScript files

### Description

At the current state it is not possible to define the formatting rules (like number of spaces per indent) for TypeScript files.
But it is possible to define the rules for JavaScript. So I'd propose to apply those rules to Typescript files as well.

And it would be nice if the formatting rules would work together with [this](https://github.com/Everlaw/nbts) NetBeans plugin.

Beginne damit, die vorhandene Verarbeitung von JavaScript-Formatierungsregeln in NetBeans zu lokalisieren, und prüfe, wie das nbts-Plugin voraussichtlich damit interagieren soll. Erledigt ist die Aufgabe, wenn TypeScript-Dateien dieselben konfigurierbaren Formatierungsregeln einschließlich Einrückung akzeptieren und das Verhalten mit dem verknüpften nbts-Plugin funktioniert.
