RFE: add name parameters to list_* methods

In large environments, running `list_nodes()` and then filtering the list by name client-side is expensive.

It would be fantastic if I could filter nodes, images, and volumes server-side instead. Can we add a new `name` kwarg to `list_nodes()`, `list_images()`, `list_volumes()`, etc?

Start by reviewing the existing list_nodes(), list_images(), and list_volumes() methods and how their provider APIs support server-side name filtering. Done means these methods, and any clearly applicable list_* methods, accept a name keyword and filter nodes, images, and volumes server-side without client-side list filtering.
