[Bug] 修改dataNode端口后重启服务报错

修改 dataNode 配置文件 dn_rpc_port 参数后，启动报错

修改端口为什么需要删除data文件夹，这样数据不是就都没了么

Reproduce the startup failure on IoTDB 1.0.1 after changing dn_rpc_port in the dataNode configuration file, using the attached error screenshot as the reference. Trace the restart path and determine whether the service can start with the existing data directory; done means the port change no longer requires deleting data and existing data remains available.
