[Bug] load-tsfile.sh使用时，-f参数加载的是服务器文件位置而不是本地

使用./tools/load-tsfile.sh -f path时，-f 是加载远端服务器的文件位置，而不是本地ts file的文件位置。
若想加载本地文件位置，则会报错
Msg: org.apache.iotdb.jdbc.IoTDBSQLException: 701: Can not find ./dump0.tsfile on this machine, notice that load can only handle files on this machine.

### What did you expect to see?

按照官网文档的理解，应该是将本地tsfile文件加载至服务器Iotdb实例中。

Msg: org.apache.iotdb.jdbc.IoTDBSQLException: 701: Can not find ./dump0.tsfile on this machine, notice that load can only handle files on this machine.

Inizia con tools/load-tsfile.sh e riproduci il comportamento segnalato di -f usando un percorso locale a un file .tsfile su IoTDB 1.3.2. Traccia il modo in cui lo script passa quel percorso all’operazione di caricamento, quindi verifica che il workflow documentato per i file locali abbia esito positivo senza l’errore 701 segnalato.
