[Bug] IoTDBException: get all template error.

OS： windows 11
IotDb ： 1.2.0

### Describe the bug and provide the minimal reproduce step

打开iotDb，静置几个小时没有操作，执行： show template ，程序报错。
重新启动 IotDb，马上执行，问题可以解决。

Start with the reported `show template` reproduction and the `Session.executeQueryStatement` and `RpcUtils.verifySuccess` entries in the stack trace, then trace the `get all template` error in the server implementation. Use the idle-period scenario on IoTDB 1.2.0 as the regression case; done means `show template` succeeds after the database has been idle for several hours.
