[Feature request] Python example for IOTDB sink from apache-flink

### Motivation

Is there an example to send data to IoTDB using flink with it's official python package that is PyFlink [apache-flink](https://pypi.org/project/apache-flink/). Tried to use the flink-connector jars but could not do it. My flink version is 2.1.0 and IoTdb version is 2.0.4.

### Solution

Integration of python function in [apache-iotdb](https://pypi.org/project/apache-iotdb/) from flink to iotdb.
