[Bug][Config-UI] React Error - Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'name') when creating a new connection

### What happened

- **Environment:** Apache DevLake v1.0.3-beta13
- **Component:** Config UI
- **Symptom:** Immediate React error / UI crash upon clicking "Create Connection".
- **Scope / Affected Plugins:** Isolated to Azure DevOps Go, Bamboo, Bitbucket Server, Jenkins, Jira, and ZenTao.
- **Error:**

### What do you expect to happen

Clicking "Create New Connection" should open the connection creation workflow and allow users to configure and save the connection.

### How to reproduce

1. Deploy Apache DevLake v1.0.3-beta13.
2. Open the Config UI.
3. Navigate to Connections.
4. Select one of the following connection type: .zure DevOps Go, Bamboo, Bitbucket Server, Jenkins, Jira, or ZenTao
5. Click "Create New Connection".
6. Observe that the UI immediately throws a React error.

Start in the Config UI connection-creation workflow and reproduce the crash with Azure DevOps Go, Bamboo, Bitbucket Server, Jenkins, Jira, or ZenTao connections on v1.0.3-beta13. Trace the undefined value associated with the connection type's name, then verify that Create New Connection opens the workflow and allows configuration and saving without a React error.
