Extend DiskManager to manager other temp files like temp shuffle IPC files in Ballista, cached data files etc

Inizia individuando DiskManager e la gestione esistente dei file temporanei in DataFusion. Determina come dovrebbero essere gestiti i file IPC temporanei di shuffle in Ballista e i file di dati memorizzati nella cache, quindi verifica che il manager copra questi tipi di file senza lasciare altrove le responsabilità di pulizia.
