Start by locating the push_down_filter, push_down_limit, and propagate_empty rule implementations in the DataFusion codebase. Compare their handling of SEMI and ANTI joins with the other Join types, then add tests for each requested propagation behavior. Done means the requested cases are implemented and the relevant tests pass.
