Test failures on branch-53 related to the Arrow version

### Describe the bug

There are a lot of failing tests on `branch-53`, and this seems related to the arrow version (currently `58.0.0`).
Upgrading to

### To Reproduce

Checkout `branch-53` (current sha is `eae7bf`)
`cargo test --bins --lib --tests --no-fail-fast`

### Expected behavior

Tests should passs

### Additional context

Upgrading arrow / parquet to 58.1.0 seems to fix it

Controlla i manifest delle dipendenze su branch-53 per verificare le versioni di Arrow e Parquet, quindi esegui `cargo test --bins --lib --tests --no-fail-fast` al commit `eae7bf` per riprodurre i fallimenti. Aggiorna le versioni alla 58.1.0 come indicato dall’issue e conferma che il comando di test abbia esito positivo.
