Comienza con parse_assignment en src/interceptor/pg.rs y ejecuta el caso interceptor::pg::tests::test_sql mostrado en el informe. Reproduce las sentencias UPDATE, especialmente la asignación que usa value, y sigue cómo el parser clasifica esa palabra después de SET.
