Python Bindings

Hello,

I'm currently maintaining [python bindings for sqlparser-rs](https://github.com/wseaton/sqloxide), was wondering if you'd accept a PR to link back to them through the readme?

Based on my rudimentary benchmarks they are by far the fastest way to accurately parse a SQL AST in python (while also supporting multiple dialects) by a factor of ~50x. I'm currently using them to do audit log analysis for Amazon Redshift (stuff like calculate the last access time for an object).

It's pretty fun to be able to parallelize rust code from python via `dask.bag`.
