Description

```sql
-- breaks
LIST @bar;
-- ok
LIST @bar
-- breaks
REMOVE @bar;
-- ok
REMOVE @bar
```

This is starting to become a theme. See #1244, #1519.

1. can all the tests be made to test both with and without a semicolon
2. can the parser be generalized so whether a statement ends with EOF or `;` isn't up to every individual statement

Research direction

Start by locating the parser entry points and existing tests for LIST and REMOVE, then compare the semicolon and no-semicolon cases described here. Done means both forms parse consistently, the relevant tests cover both endings, and statement termination is no longer handled separately by each statement.
