Description

##### ISSUE TYPE

* Bug Report

##### COMPONENT NAME

~~~
VolumeManagemet,Migration
~~~

##### CLOUDSTACK VERSION

~~~
4.18.1
~~~

##### CONFIGURATION

##### KVM iscsi(GFS2,PCS)

##### SUMMARY

##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE

~~~
VM migration with storage migration between different clusters
~~~

##### EXPECTED RESULTS

~~~
VM runs on the destination KVM host
~~~

##### ACTUAL RESULTS

~~~
During the migration process, the source host encountered a problem and went down. After that, the volume that was being migrated is permanently locked as "Migrating" and cannot be operated on.
When I looked inside the ISCSI volume mounted on the destination host, I was able to confirm that the migration was completed.
I tried rewriting the SQL table, but the problem did not improve.
I would like to file this issue as a bug that occurs in certain situations.
Research direction
Start with the VolumeManagemet and Migration components and reproduce VM storage migration between clusters with a source KVM host failure. Trace how the volume remains marked "Migrating" after the destination confirms completion. Done means the volume is recoverable and operable without manually rewriting the SQL table.
