Description

Currently the jetty server uses http1.1

```
final ServerConnector sslConnector = new ServerConnector(server,
new SslConnectionFactory(sslContextFactory, "http/1.1"),
new HttpConnectionFactory(httpsConfig));
sslConnector.setPort(httpsPort);
sslConnector.setHost(bindInterface);
server.addConnector(sslConnector);
```

It would be nice to support http2

Research direction

Start with client/src/main/java/org/apache/cloudstack/ServerDaemon.java around line 240 and review the existing HTTPS ServerConnector setup. Read Jetty's HTTP2ServerConnectionFactory documentation to understand the integration points. Done means CloudStack's Jetty server supports HTTP/2 in addition to its current HTTP/1.1 behavior, with the intended configuration and validation established.
