### The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a domain ( d1)
2. Create a account under the domain ( u1d1 )
3. Register a template under the account
4. Global setting "account.cleanup.interval" is set to default value of 86400

### What to do about it?

Workaround is to reduce the global setting value of "account.cleanup.interval" and then delete the domain again
