Description

### problem

Reverting the snapshot of a ROOT encrypted volume result in a non bootable VM.

### versions

Using the cloudstack release distributed with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (cloudstack 4.22.1.0) and Linstor (1.34.0) as primary storage (LUKS layer used for encrypted volumes).

### The steps to reproduce the bug

1. create a VM instance
2. once up, shutdown the instance
3. snapshot ROOT volume of instance
4. revert the snapshot to owning volume
5. try boot the VM
