No option to update the Bucket region

### The required feature described as a wish

Hello Team,

By default, Apache CloudStack (ACS) returns API responses with the region set to us-east-1. However, in environments where MinIO is configured with a different region, this default value can lead to compatibility issues.

To address this, I would like to suggest adding a configurable region parameter in the API response or related configuration settings. This would allow administrators to specify the appropriate region based on their object storage deployment, ensuring seamless integration with MinIO instances configured outside the default us-east-1 region.
