show VM name in backup events

On Cloudstack 4.22.1.0 the event list doesn't show the VM name for many backup everts.
For instance in the screenshot below the VM name is missing for the BACKUP.CREATE lines.
It will be very useful if the VM name is displayed especially when the event level is ERROR.

Start with the CloudStack event list and trace how BACKUP.CREATE events are produced and rendered, focusing on cases where the event level is ERROR. Identify where backup events obtain their related VM information; done means backup event rows consistently display the VM name, including BACKUP.CREATE errors.
