### The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a project

2. Create a account/user with User role

3. Add User to the project, Select the project role as Admin

5. Delete the project with clean up option

6. Delete the user

7. Disable the account and Delete the account >> Exception observed

### What to do about it?

Account should get deleted

Comienza con la API deleteAccount y el punto de entrada DeleteAccountCmd mostrados en el registro, y después reproduce la secuencia de limpieza de la cuenta y el proyecto descrita en el issue. Rastrea el fallo que informa de que el proyecto eliminado todavía está gestionado por la cuenta. Se considera terminado cuando la cuenta se puede deshabilitar y eliminar después de que su proyecto se haya eliminado con la limpieza habilitada.
