### The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Register a template in Cloudstack with "Read Instance settings from OVA"

2 Currently, the exception is only thrown, if the user tires to add a uefi setting

3. A similar exception message should be shown if the user tries to add the following settings

Do not allow the addition of template settings if the template has "Read Instance settings from OVA" enabled

Empieza rastreando la validación existente que rechaza añadir una configuración de UEFI cuando "Read Instance settings from OVA" está habilitado, y después identifica dónde se gestionan las otras configuraciones de plantilla mostradas en el issue.
