[Bug][securitygroups] Missing Project column

When viewing security groups without the projects toggle checked:

When toggling the projects i can see my security groups that are bound to projects.

However there no column to actually tell me what project they belong to.

Start in the CloudStack security-groups view described in the issue and reproduce the behavior on version 4.22.0 with the projects toggle disabled and enabled. Trace how project-bound security groups are displayed; done means the view includes a column identifying the project for each bound security group.
