Biome is a [fast formatter](https://github.com/biomejs/biome/tree/main/benchmark#formatting) for JavaScript, TypeScript, JSX, TSX, JSON, HTML, CSS and GraphQL that scores [97% compatibility with Prettier](https://console.algora.io/challenges/prettier), saving CI and developer time.
It can format JSON and I saw some minor whitespace and indentation problems in the locales JSON files which I might start on
Biome is very advanced for example it shows the duplicate keys in the JSON files from #11277
It seems much more configurable than Prettier
