Description
### The required feature described as a wish
ACS 4.22 does not detect or enumerate MIG instances created on NVIDIA GPUs. Only vGPU-based slicing is recognized. This blocks environments that rely on MIG for finer-grained, hardware-level GPU partitioning and prevents ACS from scheduling or assigning MIG devices to instances. Support for native MIG discovery and allocation is required

Research direction
Start by tracing how ACS 4.22 currently detects and enumerates vGPU-based slices, then review the requirements for NVIDIA MIG discovery and allocation. Done means native MIG instances are discovered, enumerated, schedulable, and assignable to instances.
