Browser console error on sub pages: 404 (Not Found) for JS file

Go to this page:

https://cloudstack.apache.org/contribute/

But make sure to then reload that page and then in the console after the reload there is a new error:

`contribute/:14 GET https://cloudstack.apache.org/contribute/scripts/bootstrap.bundle.min.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)`

So it happens on all sub pages I checked but not when first navigating to these pages only after being on the page and doing a reload does the new console error appear. Try it here:

Open the contribute and users URLs, reload each page, and inspect the console for the reported bootstrap.bundle.min.js 404 request. Trace how the /contribute/ and /users/ pages reference scripts, then verify that reloading sub pages no longer produces the missing-file error.
