`bst workspace open` dislikes git sources that have submodules

## Summary

Attempting to run `bst workspace open` caused me a stack trace, I think due to the submodules in a git element, but this may not be the case.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Clone freedesktop-sdk
2. Run `bst workspace open desktop/gst-libav gst-libav`

## What is the current bug behavior?

Workspace should open correctly.

Commencez par buildstream/plugins/sources/git.py au niveau de init_workspace(), puis suivez la gestion des URL via translate_url() et mark_download_url() de source.py. Reproduisez le problème avec `bst workspace open desktop/gst-libav gst-libav` en utilisant une source Git avec des sous-modules, et vérifiez que le workspace s’ouvre sans l’assertion "Primary URL marked twice".
