[Java][Flight][Tests] Add roundtrip tests for Java Flight Test Client

There should be some built-in roundtrip tests for Java Flight IntegrationTestClient

首先定位 Java Flight IntegrationTestClient，并审阅相关的 null type integration test issue。确定内置测试应覆盖哪些 roundtrip 场景，以及现有 integration test 的运行方式。完成的标准是 Java Flight Test Client 具备所要求的 roundtrip 覆盖范围。
