Start with the OSS-Fuzz reproducer for FuzzIpcFile and the linked reproduction instructions. Trace the reported Buffer.checkIndex, HeapByteBuffer.getInt, and Table.__reset stack in arrow-java; done means the testcase no longer causes an uncaught exception.
