[Java][Gandiva] Crashed tests: Error occurred in starting fork

There are crashes at running test on Java Gandiva module:
1. Able to build JNI Gandiva without problems at $PWD/arrow/java-dist/lib
1. Run mvn command `mvn -Darrow.cpp.build.dir=$PWD/arrow/java-dist/lib -Parrow-jni clean install`
1. Process finished with message:

Start by reproducing the Maven command in java/gandiva with the reported arrow.cpp.build.dir and inspect the failing org.apache.arrow.gandiva.evaluator.FilterTest. Read the Surefire fork output and hs_err_pid.log, especially the libgandiva_jni.dylib ProtoTypeToField frame. Done means the Gandiva test suite no longer crashes with the reported SIGBUS.
