bug: Release 0.5.0 artifacts (like the SDK) do not seem to be available

### Issue description

The 0.5.0 version of the plugin does not seem to be actually released. There is no 0.5.0 tag, there are no 0.5.0 Maven artifacts, but the documentation suggests that there is a 0.5.0 version available

### Minimal test code / Steps to reproduce the issue

1. add plugin SDK dependency as 0.5.0

alternatively,

1a. navigate to the 0.5.0 tag

### What's the actual result? (including assertion message & call stack if applicable)

- Maven cannot resolve a version 0.5.0 of the SDK
- No 0.5.0 tag in Github

### What's the expected result?

The 0.5.0 tag and 0.5.0 artifacts should exist
