bug: when java plugin request setPath() method after use , url param for the upstream service not found

Description
1. java plugin use request.setPath() method, the upstream service cannot obtain the URL suffix parameter。When I read the Apisix source code, I realized that after the rewrite path, the args of the upstream service is the args that gets java plugin response，when lua code gets args when URL rewriting, get args by java HttpRequest
