[BUG] Error code 1 every time

Hello gurus,

Have just bought Keka for MacOS. Creating archives, full of enthusiasm. Whatever the archive format, always the same error message: "**Error code 1 using "7zz" Minor error, the operation may have been completed**".

Configuration
- Keka version: Version 1.6.7 (5729)
- macOS version: 15.7.7

Archives ARE created, but I'm not sure if they are complete.
