Docs: update transaction plans after changes are published

An open PR (#1910) requires docs changes for the instruction-plans guide

Holding off on doing this as part of that PR, because it requires referencing a new type, and would require not using `twoslash` on those blocks.

Proposed docs changes pushed at docs-tx-result-context-types - should be moved to main after we publish v8 (that commit has a major changeset)

Start by reading PR #1910 and the instruction-plans guide, then compare the proposed docs on the docs-tx-result-context-types branch. This is blocked until v8 is published; done means the planned transaction-plan docs changes are moved to main and the affected blocks avoid twoslash where the new type is referenced.
